It's been over 10 years since the start of the golden age of the late 2000s. Memes and OC died out for well over 5 years, but in the middle of the 2010s, we saw a resurgence of lulz. Memes like Donald Trump and Pepe The Frog have ushered in a new age of fun with many reinventions of our classical meme culture.
